It is visible in the list of Add/Remove programs, but there isn't an option to uninstall it. I uninstalled Spore (via the Add/Remove Programs) but the EA Download Manager didn't uninstall. Months ago I installed a store purchased version of Spore and the EA (Electronic Arts) Download Manager was part of the package.
